About the lesson

Techniques and teaching methodology:
My approach to tutoring is adaptable, and I tailor my methods to each individual and their learning needs. During my sessions, I prioritize active listening and encourage students to engage in thoughtful discussion and problem-solving. I also provide clear, step-by-step explanations and demonstrations, and I use visuals, such as diagrams and graphs, to help students understand complex concepts. In addition, I use interactive activities and role-playing exercises to help students apply their knowledge in practical situations.

Typical length of a lesson:
The duration of my lessons varies depending on the subject matter and the student's needs. On average, I suggest that my students block out one hour per session, as this provides enough time for a thorough review of topics, while leaving room for student-led discussions and practice. However, if a student needs more or less time, we can adjust the length of our sessions accordingly.

Qualifications/experience:
I have over 12 years of experience in both academic and real-world settings, working with a wide range of students from different backgrounds and abilities. I have also obtained qualifications in business management, leadership and language teaching. As a tutor, I have helped students improve their academic performance, build confidence in their abilities, and reach their academic and career goals.

Who are my lessons for:
My lessons are tailored to students of all ages and levels, from primary school students to high school students to adults. I also specialize in teaching individuals who require additional support, such as students with learning disabilities or students who are learning English as a second language. In addition, I have experience providing support to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those who are newly arrived to the country or who may have specific cultural needs.
