Whether discussing technology, communication, business systems, or critical thinking, I aim to create an environment where curiosity is rewarded and confusion is treated as part of the learning process — not evidence of failure.
I believe expertise is not measured by how complicated an explanation sounds, but by how clearly an idea can be communicated to another human being.
