About Nigel
I'm now semi-retired and living in a beautiful part of Ireland right on the shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean. I go kayaking whenever I can and cycle about 30 kilometres regularly.
I taught in a primary school in Ireland for 6 years and then went out to Abu Dhabi and Dubai where I worked for a long time in many different schools, institutions and Colleges.
I have now returned home but really miss the teaching and the students and I wish to continue offering my expertise and experience and to make you friends online.

I'm very experienced but I still love to prepare for each and every lesson. I have a B.Ed first degree and a M.Ed masters degree from the University of Manchester, England.
You tell me what you want and need and I will do my best to help you.
Learning should be fun and enjoyable and I love to ask students what they want to learn and how they want to learn it. Each lesson can be about 60 minutes long.
I see each lesson as a team exercise and with the student sometimes in the driving seat.
I'm an interesting and well travelled person with lots of life experience that I can share. I also like to learn about each student and to learn something from them as well.
