About Sònia
Hello! I am Sònia. I am a graduate in Primary Education and Early Childhood Education. I have been a tutor in 3rd grade of a classroom of 25 students and I have been giving educational support classes to children from 6 to 12 years old for more than four years. In addition, I have also been a free time instructor for 2 years with children from 6 to 15 years old. I can offer revision classes of all primary education subjects, as well as Catalan and Spanish for adults, either for beginners or for those who are preparing to obtain a certificate, since my native language is Spanish and I have the C2 certificate of Catalan.

I am a creative person and easy to adapt to the circumstances demanded. In the educational support classes for boys and girls the methodology will be adapted to each student, according to their needs in each subject. Based on these, I will use different techniques, which in turn many of them are based on recreational resources. As for the teaching of Spanish and Catalan, it will also be adapted to the needs and requirements of each student. One point that all the sessions will have in common is that they are going to do oral practice, since when we learn a language this aspect is the one that is usually set aside in schools and academies. For those who already have the acquired language and what they want is to improve it or prepare for obtaining a certificate, oral practice is also highly recommended, since they often make some mistakes when speaking it, whether or not the mother tongue. The duration of my classes is usually 1 hour, but if the student requests it they can be extended.
