I need to know the level of English knowledge of my ESOL learners first. Through diagnostic and initial assessments, I will plan lessons and differentiate my teaching to ensure students' learning needs are met.
Teaching the lesson objectives interactively through group discussions and role plays help students achieve their educational goals. Before the end of each lesson formative assessment is given at intervals to check if learning is taking place and to know if my method of teaching is appropriate for the group.
Constructive feedback on both formative and summative assessments will be given immediately.
