I don't give the name of the topic first, so I start with the questions which will give them idea about what topic is going to start.
Then slowly and gradually i allow the students to develop interest in the topic to start.
Lastly I teach the concepts and theory properly asking them whether the students are able to understand and whether they have any doubts.
