About Tim

I am native English and speak with a RP accent. I changed career to become a teacher late, previously I worked in industry. I travelled a lot for business as English was becoming the world language, and became aware that non-native speakers who spoke English well had a big advantage in expressing themselves compared to those who didn't. As some of my customers and colleagues were shy about English I set up English lessons on Fridays where we only spoke in English and covered many subjects. This gave me a passion to teach English.

About the lesson

Adaptability: The teacher switches roles, presenting a 10-minute introduction or then shifting to a Facilitator for a group activity.
Integrated Technology: Often blends face-to-face instruction with digital tools (online quizzes, videos, or forums).
Differentiated Instruction: It allows the teacher to tailor the "energy" to different learning needs within the same classroom
