About Monica
I became a teacher of English after completing my CELTA 25 years ago. I went on to gain additional qualifications in order to enhance my learning and also to become a more efficient teacher. I have been training teachers since 2003 after completing my DELTA. I have always received very good feedback from my students and trainees. I have taught in Poland, Romania, England, Georgia and India. Currently, I am the Director at a language school in India and I would like to teach more which is why I am here.

It is important to understand the student before and while teaching and adapting lessons to the individualistic style of the student. Teaching has always been my passion and I find it extremely satisfying when my students are making progress.
