About Sandra
I'm Sandra. I dedicate myself to the study and practice of oriental dances, specifically Bellydance, better known as Arabic dances; The dances of India, Bollywood. I trained for 7 years at the Sahadi's Arabian Dance School and the Cultural Center of India in Venezuela by the hand of Professor Maria Eugenia Morales with whom I trained as a teacher and dancer of Arabic and Indian dances studying three stages of studies practical and theoretical with a duration of 2 years each starting from the study of the history of bellydance, its origin, the benefits that it brings both physical and mental, theme of strengthening personal security during the process, development of femininity. Knowledge of the mudras, history of the dances of India from the Barathanatian, the kathak to the modern Bollywood. Knowledge about the history of India and its gods, among other topics. During my training process I attended multiple activities for the exhibition of Arabic and Indian dances in theaters, competitions and sharing. Participation in multiple festivities celebrated by the Indian embassy in Venezuela and exhibitions of it. Dance classes aimed at girls and teenagers.

My classes are aimed at girls and ladies of all ages in a classified way considering that each age requires a different method. I distribute the classes in levels, basic, intermediate and advanced. Each level contains a syllabus. I use videos in which I expose each topic, the theoretical part of each topic. Practical videos in which I expose together with music, how movements are performed and the diversity of body expressions. Variety of complementary videos to expose more explicitly and entertainingly each topic.
