About Isaac
I graduated high school in Victoria with an ATAR of 97.8, I then went on to study physics at ANU. Afterwards I studied secondary teaching and taught in Melbourne. I've now returned to Canberra and am eager to continue tutoring.
I have a strong passion for maths, physics and science in general and love sharing that with students. Further, I love being able to help students overcome challenges and achieve as much as they can.

Ex high school teacher with over 6 years experience tutoring and teaching all year levels. Specialise in maths and physics but can easily help with English, biology and more.
I have experience with effective, evidence-based teaching strategies to help students quickly and effectively learn what they need. I am always adapting my approach to suit each of my students' individual needs and ensure they are getting to where they want to be. I pride myself on being able to help students actually understand subject matter, beyond the facade of textbook questions and keywords.
I strongly believe that anyone can learn and get top grades in any subject. It is common, particularly with maths and physics, for people to get stuck believing they are just "not a maths person" and I always disagree. With the right approach, what may seem impossible at first can be broken down into easily manageable steps such that everyone can succeed.
