I genuinely love teaching and guiding aspiring designers—I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical lessons. Figma for Absolute Beginners – Practical, Hands-On Lessons All sessions are 100% practical with no theory—so you’ll be learning by doing, right from the start! 1. Creating Your Own Figma File: * Create your first Figma file * Add frames for Web, Mobile, and Tablet * Invite me to collaborate so we can work together * Learn how to set up your workspace and navigate the Figma interface 2. Toolbars and Navigation: * Deep dive into Figma’s toolbars * Understand what each button does * Learn about pages, layers, groups, and frames * Get comfortable moving around your file efficiently 3. Creating a Wireframe: * Build your first wireframe using column layouts * Use shapes and icons to construct a low-fidelity (black and white) wireframe * Learn which components are essential to start structuring your ideas visually 4. Alignments, Typography, and Spacing: * Understand how to align elements properly * Learn the basics of typography in design * Explore spacing techniques to make your wireframe clean and readable 5. Adding & Editing Shapes, Typography, and Other Elements: * Edit and customise shapes, text, and other visual elements * Practise by recreating a sample template * Learn how to adjust and refine your designs 6.
