About Cristine

Because I am a careful and patient tutor, my aim is to help students come to a clear understanding of the lessons and to build up their confidence in themselves. I think that all students have different ways of learning, and so I modify my method to suit their speed, requirements, and learning style.
I want to establish a friendly and supportive atmosphere in which students are at ease in asking questions, making mistakes, and improving gradually. To make the lessons simpler and more enjoyable I use simple explanations, practical examples, interactive activities, and guided practice.
I can help you if you need to get a better understanding of a difficult subject, if you would like to improve your abilities, if you are preparing for an assessment, or if you just want to gain more confidence in your studies.

My Approach as a Tutor
I believe that learning becomes easier and more enjoyable when lessons are clear engaging and suited to each learner’s needs. As a tutor I focus not on helping students understand the subject but also on building their confidence and encouraging them to become independent learners.
My Teaching Methods and Techniques
I use a student-centered approach that combines explanations, examples, guided practice, questions and interactive activities. I adjust my teaching style depending on the student’s learning pace, level and specific difficulties. I also encourage students to ask questions and participate actively than simply memorize information.
A Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson begins with a review of the previous topic followed by an introduction to the new lesson. I explain the concepts using easy-to-understand examples then guide the student through practice exercises. We discuss mistakes and areas that need improvement followed by an activity or assessment to check understanding. Each lesson ends with a summary and a clear takeaway.

What sets me apart is my patience, willingness to adapt and genuine desire to help students grow. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel free to make mistakes ask questions and learn at their own pace.
