My name is Jared! and I struggled with obesity at a young age and entering high school I got bullied for my first freshman year. I started weight lifting and pursued bodybuilding and achieved my goal of getting fit in less than a year. I want to help people get out of their shell so everyone can be confident!

I will teach you anything about fitness!I have been lifting for 5 years and I have learned many secrets that many people try to gate keep.I will offer any plan that best suits you and I can create meal plans along with workout plans and scheduling. What sets me apart from the rest is i make sure to keep up with your progress and motivate you to keep going because i know fitness is a very important thing to people. The way I will be able to do this is by setting my clients up on a program and training them online with the right tools!
