As a species we have been balanced with nature for time immemorial. Since the Industrial Revolution, we have move steadily towards an artificial lifestyle. This has done unknown damages to our cognition, with rates of ADHD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders rising every year. I believe that instead of treating the symptoms, one needs to address the problem. If you’d like to learn more about the ways our brains depend on nature I invite you to sign up for my lessons. I’d like to be clear that I am not offering any therapy or therapeutic advice. This is just a very interesting topic that is still being investigated, and needs motivated folks to push the research forward.
