About Carisabel

Hi! I’m Ristar, a passionate dancer and aspiring dance instructor based in Las Vegas. I started dancing at 7 years old, and over the years, dance has grown from something I enjoyed into a huge part of who I am.

My main styles are K-pop, hip-hop, jazz, and ballet fundamentals. I’ve trained through school dance programs, independent practice, online dance platforms, and in-person classes, including training at Dancer Kim Studio for K-pop. I’ve also spent years learning choreography, performing, creating routines, and developing my own style.

I love helping other people discover how fun dance can be. I understand that starting a new style can feel intimidating, so I focus on making my classes comfortable, encouraging, and easy to follow. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have dance experience, I want to help you build confidence, improve your technique, and have fun while doing it.

For me, dance is about more than just learning choreography—it’s about self-expression, confidence, and finding your own way to shine not what certified degree tells me I believe in values of real-world experience over a piece of paper.

About the lesson

Looking for a fun, energetic, and welcoming way to learn K-pop and dance? My classes are designed to help you build confidence, improve your skills, and most importantly, enjoy dancing without feeling intimidated.

I have experience training in hip-hop, K-pop, jazz, and ballet, with a strong focus on choreography, musicality, performance, and developing your own style. I have also trained at Dancer Kim Studio, where I’ve continued developing my K-pop dance technique and performance skills.

My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and adaptable to different experience levels. I break choreography down step-by-step, explain the details behind the movements, and give you time to practice so you can feel confident instead of overwhelmed. Whether you're completely new to K-pop dance, already know some choreography, or want to improve your performance quality, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow.

If you love K-pop, want to learn your favorite choreographies, or simply want a fun new way to stay active and express yourself, come take a class with me! My goal is for every student to leave feeling more confident, motivated, and excited to keep dancing.
