I teach English as a Second Language to adults and children. I can teach conversational English as well as English reading and writing. I can teach people who speak any language. I use activities that resemble real life events, field trips, worksheets, and books, stories that we read together and discuss. I also have games for the students, and prizes for success in learning. I teach math for all grade levels. I help the student find a connection so they can feel comfortable with math and that they do understand how it works. Once they understand math and feel more confident, they are ready to learn more with practice and explanation. I will use rewards as motivators for the student, as well. I will help the students to learn, enjoy learning, and accomplish their educational goals.
