About Elelwani
my name is Elelwani. I have completed my TEFL Certificate from Alison. My goal every day is to have a positive impact on young people. Therefore, I am highly motivated to be part of your learnings, through my strategic teaching skills which enhance student engagement in the classroom and also form positive relationships with students. I am a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and industrious teacher. I have been a coach in my company (Merchants) for 10 Months, I teach consultants on how to offer exceptional customer service to customers who seek assistance with their VodaPay App. This includes Soft skills, Empathy, Tone management, structure, professional words, enhance knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards are achieved.
