About Anton

I have taken a considerable interest in civics over the last 20 years, and have been a keen observer of political events both domestic and foreign over this time. I do not have any formal qualifications in the field. However, I have been involved in several political organizations at various levels over the last decade and a half and have read every book from all sides of the political spectrum that I could get my hands on in that time. My lessons are not aligned with any political movement, ideology, or organization, and will be presented in a manner that is as impartial as possible.

About the lesson

My lessons are suitable for anyone who wishes to increase their knowledge of political ideologies or concepts, or to develop an understanding of geopolitics and international relations. They are also suitable for those who wish to learn more about political history or the workings of New Zealand's political and electoral systems. I am happy to plan lessons around more specific topics in either of these fields given prior consultation. Copies of my pre-constructed course outlines covering four major subjects can be provided upon request. These outlines list the topics that each course covers, and categorize those topics into different levels (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced).

Details

The normal rate of $22/hr applies to all of my pre-constructed courses. In the event that I am asked to build a custom course or lesson around more specific topics, or topics which my pre-constructed courses do not cover, I charge a slightly higher rate of $26/hr.
