About Samantha
I am currently studying biochemistry, pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University. I gained experience teaching my peers as well as young students.
I have had over two years of experience tutoring and have worked with clients with special needs. My goal is to get to know each student so we can work together to find methods to help them improve.

For math and chemistry, I primarily focus on teaching the concept and learning how to apply them to practice problems. Students typically have homework or assignments that they would like to work through, but I can also provide learning material as needed. For biology, I typically help students understand the concepts in whatever manner best suits their learning style as it is primarily memorization oriented.
I have had experience working with students grades 1-12. I believe that my past experience as a camp counsellor and rock climbing instructor allow me to come up with outside the box teaching methods and adapt to each clients needs and personalities.
