About Karyn

I am very passionate about teaching fitness as I love to do jogging, swimming and running. My forte is weight training like bicep curls and tricep push down and chest press and wall squats. I love helping clients meet their goals.

About the lesson

I provide results for my clients who struggle to reduce weight and fat through healthy diet without compromising their overall health and also looking into their budget. I also specialise in special population like back pain, shoulder pain and knee and ankle injuries.
