About Rajwant

I was tutoring students from kindergarten to grade 12 from home. Firstly, I tried to know about their strengths and weaknesses in order to take care of their needs in a friendly manner. I used to give examples to help them better understand the situation and problem. I used to give them rewards to enhance their confidence.

I believe in practice as practice makes a man perfect. Also, maths need practice and rewarding environment would motivate and encourage them to do more better. This way of teaching would help them to excel in their subjects as well as in life.
