About Ruri

Hi guys! My name is Ruri. I’m in Australia now. When I came here first, I couldn’t speak English at all.(only say Hi, Thank you) I knew in my head how to speak English, but I was hesitant and scared to bring it out, because I felt like people would ignore or judge English that was not perfect. But when I was in Australia, all my friends told me to say anything because I could understand just by saying the words. I still use incorrect grammar and words. But I have no problem communicating, and I gained confidence to speak. I want to give courage to people like me who cried every night!

About the lesson

Our goal is ‘Speak Korean’.
Even vocabulary, grammar is not perfect, it doesn’t matter!! If you just hesitate to speak, your world never change.

Perfect! My lesson with Ruri was perfect for my requirements. She helped me overcome my difficulties through encouragement, correction where needed and empathy. She sent me a short questionnaire before the lesson to work out my level of language proficiency and what I wanted from the lesson and was flexible with the time and location for the lesson. She was always prompt with her replies to my text messages.
