About Maria

I am a Computer Scientist and Maths has always been like my safety net! Love how you can go back to the start if you trace back the steps of a calculation! I've taught Mathematics to grade 5 and 7 students and they've achieved great results with the help of my teaching techniques! Hopefully I'll get to do all that magic again!

About the lesson

I like to break down a big problem into sub-parts. It helps students to understand and visualise the problem more clearly. Maths is a process and it is a lot easier if you break it down and take on it step by step.
