About Daniela
I am a dedicated and passionate Flute tutor with over 11 years of teaching experience. I teach School students, College students, and working professionals who want to learn flute for academic growth, personal interest, or professional performance. Over the years, I have worked with students from different age groups and skill levels, helping them build strong musical foundations and confidence.
My tutoring approach is student-focused and flexible. I believe every learner is unique, so I adapt my teaching style based on the student’s learning speed, goals, and musical background. I focus on correct posture, breathing techniques, tone quality, finger positioning, and rhythm. I also help students understand music theory in a simple and practical way so they can read music confidently and play with accuracy.
Along with flute, I teach related subjects such as basic music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, ear training, and performance skills. For advanced students, I also guide them in improvisation, expression, stage confidence, and exam preparation. I regularly use real-life examples, practice routines, and performance exercises to make learning effective and enjoyable.
One of my unique skills is my ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and easy manner. I motivate students to practice regularly and help them set realistic goals. I strongly believe that discipline, creativity, and consistency are the keys to musical success. My aim is not just to teach flute, but to help students develop a lifelong love for music.

I teach flute with a methodology that combines flexibility, collaboration, and positivity. I recognise that each student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to their unique style, pace, and goals. This ensures that lessons are engaging, effective, and inspiring.
Flexibility allows me to modify exercises, repertoire, and practice routines based on the student’s progress and interests. Collaboration is a core part of my approach, with students participating in duets, ensemble practice, and group exercises to strengthen confidence, timing, and expressive ability. Positivity guides every lesson, fostering a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore, experiment, and celebrate achievements.
Alongside flute instruction, I provide lessons in music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This holistic methodology develops both technical mastery and artistic expression, helping students become confident, versatile, and passionate musicians.
