About Florence

I am an effective communicator,both in writing and verbally.I have a strong ability to plan and organise effectively, something which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher.I cope very well with pressure and can adapt my teaching methods when needed.

About the lesson

After each class,I take written or audio notes about how the class went and the students responded to material taught and method used.I reflect on what was taught and why.I also seek feedback by asking a trusted colleague to sit in on class.
