About Binila
My interest in mathematics developed from a very young age, fuelling my enthusiasm for problem-solving and logical thinking. This passion led me to become a buddy tutor, where I assisted fellow students in my year with their Maths studies. Through this role, I not only strengthened my own skills but also used my ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles. My dedication and efforts were recognised and appreciated by both teachers and supervisors, further motivating me to excel in the subject. I firmly believe that the way maths is taught can completely transform a person’s attitude towards it. I’ve experienced this firsthand—maths used to feel frustrating and confusing, but the right approach and guidance changed everything for me. Now, I want to give others that same experience. Many students struggle with maths not because they lack ability, but because they haven’t been taught in a way that makes sense to them. That’s why I tailor my tutoring to each student’s learning style.

My tutoring approach is personalised and structured, ensuring that each lesson is as effective as possible. Before each session, I take the time to prepare tailored materials based on the student’s progress, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
