About Rosa
I am a person passionate about taekwondo, I am 23 years old and I have been practicing taekwondo since my 7 years, in addition to having participated in the national championship of forms, with experience as a teacher in addition to seeking personal improvement in every way with my students as well as I seek my improvement day by day, taekwondo is more than a sport, it is a martial art, it means discipline, love values.

My course seeks to improve day by day, depending on the student and their approach to exercise, I will know if we will start from scratch in sports or if it is advanced to start with a little more technique, taekwondo encompasses a whole sport, from resistance, elasticity, technique, use of force, speed. I focus my classes so that a week we see different concepts.
