About Keila
For 4 years, I have been a high performance athlete in pentathlon, triathlon, athletics (bottom) and swimming, I have also been a swimming instructor to groups of students of up to 25 people who started from scratch. I am passionate about sports, body health and imparting my knowledge from experience, I started like you, from scratch.
