About Macky
I'm currently in nursing school, but nursing was not always my plan. I originally wanted to teach American Sign Language, but after the pandemic I felt like working in the medical field would be very rewarding. I chose nursing because as a nurse you build deep connections at the bedside. I found chemistry and anatomy very inspiring and fun, so now I want to help others feel confident in these tricky courses!!!

I mainly focus on helping pre-nursing majors. I'm currently in nursing school myself! I like to tailor my teaching to peoples specific learning styles to help them actually learn and apply concepts rather than rote memorization. If you have any questions, please do not be afraid to ask, as these concepts can be very abstract and complex.
