About Faith
Teaching and education are my passions, and nothing brings me more purpose than watching someone truly understand a concept. Seeing that aha! moment when everything clicks is what drives me to keep learning, growing, and helping others do the same. I believe education is a lifelong journey, which is why I continuously seek knowledge—not just through my degrees but also through specialized certifications. In addition to my studies in education, I’m certified in yoga, spa management, and aromatherapy, expanding my understanding of mind-body wellness and holistic learning. As a tutor, I believe in adapting to each student’s unique learning style while providing structure and guidance to help them succeed. I utilize a flipped classroom approach, where students engage with materials visually before applying them in practice. This method encourages active learning and deeper comprehension, ensuring that concepts stick rather than just being memorized. It also gives you a relief of what is to be done when you can see it in front of you. My Teaching Methodology & Techniques Flipped Classroom Learning: I provide materials (videos, readings, examples) for students to explore before our session, so we can focus on applying and refining their knowledge together. Structured Writing Prompts: Writing is a skill that improves with practice. I offer targeted prompts to help students think critically and write confidently before diving into full assignments. Essay Structuring & Flow: I break down the components of a strong essay—introduction, thesis, body paragraphs, and conclusion—helping students understand how ideas should connect logically. Visual & Interactive Learning: I incorporate diagrams, mind maps, and real-world examples to make abstract concepts more tangible.
