About Law
It is an absolute pleasure to meet you! I am Miss Ann, a trilingual Malaysian tutor with a background in Applied Science as well as experience in teaching students during international summer camps.
I’m incredibly passionate about education, as I believe knowledge is meant to be shared and used to uplift those around us. Throughout my life, I’ve been deeply inspired by the English teachers who shaped my learning journey, and now, I hope to do the same for you.

As a tutor, I create a safe, supportive, and focused space, especially for learners who feel shy, overwhelmed, or unsure of their English skills. I understand what it feels like to struggle with language learning, and I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can grow in confidence and communication.
My lessons are learner-centred and CEFR-aligned (A1 to B2), tailored to suit each student's pace, personality, and learning goals, whether for work, travel, studies, or everyday conversation.
My techniques include:
- Real-world vocabulary and themes to make learning relevant
- Clear, simple grammar explanations with visual support
- Conversational practice that builds natural fluency
- Repetition and reinforcement for long-term retention
- Gentle, supportive feedback to encourage progress without pressure
Beyond language itself, I prioritise emotional safety and trust in the classroom, especially for adults and teens who may feel anxious about making mistakes. Every session is paced to build genuine confidence through consistent, steady growth.
