About Debbie
I have 22 years experience teaching English as well as supporting other teachers to improve their practice. I have been a GCSE examiner and have trained teachers to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEN, emotional and social barriers to education. I believe that supporting learners should involve building their confidence and finding ways to make the subject accessible and engaging. Improving your English will support every other aspect of learning so it is a really valuable skill as well as incredibly enriching- reading is should be enjoyable for everyone!
