About Rose
Sometimes singing feels like standing on a cliff edge before you take a leap. I have spent 6 years guiding students through the mechanics of their voices while keeping the process human and grounded. My background in vocal performance at the University of Canterbury informs the way I teach sight singing and range extension.
I emphasize vocal health alongside genre styling for pop, classical, and musical theater styles. Developing rhythm, phrasing, and belting technique requires patience and technical rigor.
I also focus on harmony singing and resonance to ensure your sound is both strong and safe. Whether you are prepping for exams or just singing for fun, I am here to help you sing with confidence and ease. Warm wishes as you begin this musical journey.

Imagine the feeling of your voice finally resonating clearly without any physical tension. We spend time building a foundation that makes music feel intuitive rather than like a chore.
The first 10 minutes focus on physical alignment and breath awareness to set the tone. Fundamentals matter greatly here.
I structure our time by blending technical drills with pieces you genuinely want to perform. Lessons include targeted exercises for your specific vocal goals.
