I plan each lesson by identifying learning goals, creating engaging activities, and adapting instruction to meet each student's needs. I encourage critical thinking by asking guiding questions instead of providing answers. My lessons build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and create a supportive environment where students actively participate and grow.
