About Joshua
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in how new technology can enhance our everyday lives if only the right people knew about it. This passion was the driving force behind my decision to enter the technology sector after college. I have 9 years of experience leading teams and specialize in growing sales through partnerships with Value-Added Resellers.
My experience includes hunting, farming and sales leadership with some of the world’s largest organizations. My specialty is training and developing sales teams to target opportunities with C-Level executives and owners. I've learned to value the relationship between sales and marketing, one can't be effective without the other. My marketing portfolio includes outbound marketing, content development, lead generation and pipeline nurturing.
I’ve realized that the struggle of failure typically leads to strength and success. Countless hours spent prospecting, qualifying and closing new clients has helped me to create a tough exterior. Partner that strength with sharp leadership skills; designed to motivate and encourage the growth of a team or peers and you have a weapon that most employers desire but rarely employ. I’ve discovered that the difference maker is personality and persistence...Never fear the “No”, never be afraid to pivot or change plans and most of all, never try to do it all alone - build trust in your team.

I lead calls with 5-500 associates and executives on a daily basis. My strategy is consultative, open discussion and sharing best practices. Lessons will target an audience from k-12 all the way up to college/professional crowds. I lead with passion, excitement and enthusiasm.
