About Marilyn

Prior to receiving my B.A. in English, I spent 25 years working and volunteering in local politics. This work included writing in various forms: advertising, scripts for phone calls, as well as op-ed pieces. I have also worked for marketing companies, hotel chains, and for an escrow company.

About the lesson

My method is to first find out what the student wants and needs to be successful in their subject. Then to ensure that all the basics are covered (Whatever one writes - grammar matters:). Once the basics are covered, we are ready to hone in on the reason for the tutoring.
