About Drew

I have been playing horn for 12 years and teaching for five years. Right now I perform as a substitute horn player with the Southeast Iowa Symphony as well as the Quincy Symphony Orchestra. Other ensembles include the Truman State Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra, Brass Choir, and Horn Choir. I teach both in person and online depending on what works best for you!

About the lesson

I think it is important that students are encouraged to do their best in a fun and supportive environment. I am very go with the flow person, but when we are working on something I think it is important to stay on topic. I love working with younger students, especially in helping them learn the basics of playing horn.

Our first lesson will be a consultation that will be used for me to decide where to start with each individual student. After that each lesson will be $20 per lesson.
