About Tahela
I am a BSc Economics student, having completed my school education at Reading School. Tutoring is a passion of mine that I would love to proceed with further, as I believe it is one of the most efficient ways of producing visible change to a student's academic performance. I will look to give students confidence in their own abilities and develop their skills in an environment that encourages them to attempt problems, ask questions and learn from their mistakes.

My tutoring sessions will follow the student's academic syllabus, where I will aim to provide as much assistance to a student's personal problems within the topics they may be studying. This will involve an emphasis on the student to come forward with difficulties they are facing in a topic. I will create lessons that are engaging and look to produce a real impact on the student's knowledge and ability. The lessons will cause the student to interact and go through sample questions to test their knowledge and will involve feedback.
The tutoring lesson will be structured as such:
- Greeting
- Setting out objectives for the lesson
- Work through theory for a topic in an engaging way
- Set small practice questions to consolidate learning
- Time for questions and feedback from students on what they would like to concentrate on or what they were struggling with
My tutoring experiences are as such:
- 2 years experience tutoring GCSE and A Level students in Maths and Economics.
-My lessons will be for students up to GCSE level.
