About Walid
I'm a practicing dentist (BDS) with real clinical experience, not just a tutor working from a textbook — so I can explain concepts the way they show up in actual practice, which tends to make abstract material more memorable. I'm also multilingual (Arabic, English, Russian, and Spanish), which helps when a student's first language isn't English and certain concepts are easier to clarify in another language. Having studied medicine/dentistry abroad myself, I understand the pressure of dense coursework and tight exam timelines, and I try to keep lessons practical and focused rather than overwhelming.

My approach is built around simplifying complex medical and dental concepts without stripping away the depth needed to actually understand them — not just memorize them.
A typical session starts with a quick check-in on what the student is currently struggling with or what topic we're covering that week. I then break the topic into smaller building blocks, explain each with visuals or simplified diagrams, and work through practice questions or case-based scenarios together.
Toward the end of the lesson, I summarize the key takeaways and give the student a short set of questions or a mini case to review before our next session, so learning carries over between lessons rather than resetting each time.
