Objective: To help international students improve their Spanish language skills quickly and effectively while immersing themselves in Hispanic culture.
Focus: Develop students' communication skills, such as speaking, reading, and writing.
-The goal is to immerse students in Hispanic culture through music, literature, film, and history.
-It adapts to the needs and objectives of each student.
Stages of the learning process:
Initial assessment: Each student's Spanish level is assessed to determine their starting point.
2. Planning: Based on the students' needs, the study plan is adapted to recognize their strengths and weaknesses in the language.
3. Interactive classes: Interactive classes are taught that include conversation, reading, writing, and cultural activities.
4. Practice and Review: Homework helps students memorize and provide feedback on what they've learned in class. At the beginning of each class, a review of what they've learned previously is given to reinforce the knowledge they've acquired.
5. Final evaluation: Each student's progress is assessed at the end of the course based on a written or visual text that represents what was learned throughout the class.
Materials and resources:
- Notebook and pen.
-Electronic device to connect to classes and carry out activities.
- Online resources: Online resources such as videos, presentations, applications, movies, and audio are used to supplement classes.
