I teach muay thai classes and fitness training classes such as power lifting and hypertrophy training. The classes I hold are like adding muscle, adding strength for body fitness with the right technique and besides that I am also an expert on fat loss to lose weight. I will also make sure that my explanations about what I teach are clear and easy for my students to understand.
