Studied Kinesiology and am currently a Functional Movement Specialist. I have a strong passion to teach others how to feel their best! I want to show others how to become strong and confident.

About Abigail

I have trained with athletes and all ages. My background is a college beach volleyball player. I studied kinesiology in college which is the study of the body and movement. I am currently a functional movement specialist at a wellness center.
