About Ellie
Having studied English literature at an ALevel standard, I understand the importance of the subject within an academic setting, but also how it can relate to the society we live in. English literature can help develop creativity and important critical thinking skills through the analysis of different works of literature. I find literature inspiring, as through poetry, fiction and essays, literature often allows for powerful thought to develop on new cultures and emotion throughout history. Many forms of literature also provide an insight into the future of the world we live in. I have a genuine passion for literature and would love to be able to share my enthusiasm of the subject with others.

Just one hour of tutoring per week can improve a student’s self-esteem and overall attitude to a particular subject. Tutoring provides one-on -one personalised and private sessions that allow for individualised attention, to aid in academic development. I am very passionate about teaching new things and helping students to become more confident within themselves and their academic abilities.
