About Juan Carlos
I like to share dance, because it teaches us about the body and life, sometimes we believe that to dance it is necessary to have a gift, and it is not like that, the technique is to take the capacities of the body to the maximum to be able to perform a movement, and everyone we are born with them, in addition, dance teaches us to respect our limitations but also to embrace our abilities and make the best of them.

My approach is aimed at teaching the technique of Mexican folk dance, by learning the basic technique, the student understands a language of academic dance that leads to the preparation and creation of steps of the general technique, in addition to learning to identify the parts of the body that participate in movements through joints and planes. In folk dance it is very important to work on placement, body alignment and coordination.
I am a second year student of the Bachelor's Degree in Dance Education.
