I am a hospitality management graduate and having worked in one of the top 5 star properties in India and having first hand seen the lack of communication skills amongst my peers I have been looking for opportunities to help others so that they may not face similar reactions to their vocabulary or written skills in the professional world.

Communication is not learnt it is understood and so my whole concept of teaching the subject would be in an attempt to make you grasp how exactly you can have a conversation in any social setting and for this I will rely on using vocational training before moving onto the written aspect of it.
