About Anya
Hi!
I'm Anya, a student living in Canada who just finished applying to university.
After winging my first SAT, I quickly realized that I couldn't get the score I needed alone. With help from a tutor, I was able to get my score up to a 1560 (770 math, 790 EBRW).
I want to build that confidence in you. I know how stressful the college journey can be, and I want to help you do your best!

From understanding the basics to crossing that 1500 threshold, I make sure I meet my students where they're at.
In a typical lesson, I'll have prepared a topic for learning, and practice problems/slideshows beforehand. We start with a few preliminary questions, and keep going until I've identified the biggest areas for improvement, and know to focus more on them. I emphasize real-time questioning over all else, because working within timed environments and casual conversation are necessary to performing under pressure.
After months of living and breathing the SAT, I want to share my passion with new people. Hope to meet you soon!
