About Hajrah
I started out by simply tutoring my younger family members before moving onto tutoring small groups of students at my school. I found that the biggest hurdle in mathematics is the confidence and approach required to solve a difficult problem, however, I also found that with encouragement and a friendly approach to tutoring that these doubts were easily resolved. I am therefore convinced that everyone can, and should be given the opportunity to succeed in maths.

Proficiency in maths is a skill that can be learned only by practice. The pandemic has taken its toll on students' study skills, so I aim to help build confidence and understanding of how to tackle unfamiliar problems as I find this is often missed in the classroom.
