About Keira

I am a student, as well as a teacher. While discovering myself I found meditation and know how much it has impact on each individuals life. I have helped many people step into the world of meditation and connection with themselves.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is very individualized. Each student will get an approach based on their learning style while I get to know them. Students are able and taught to advocate for themselves and propose things that might help them be successful. Along with that I independent things, ways of learning, and test to see if it fits the individual. After receiving feedback we see what works and what doesn’t.
