I'm well trained with skills on need assessment, planning, coordination, capacity building and teaching. I have an outstanding interpersonal skills which has been very useful in my interactions with persons of concern and others. Also an outstanding communication skills but spoken and written.

Having gathered enough on the job experience as a student tutor, I introduce the class by using questions and answers method and presenting the topic in steps. Evaluation section where students are given the room to ask questions and I ask mine too. I end the class with the summary/conclusions where emphasis are lay on the main points.
