About Rafi
HI! My name is Rafi and I am a Maths and Science tutor. I am currently a Mechanical engineering student at the University of Nottingham. I teach up to GCSE level in which I myself achieved 3 A*s and 5 As and have vast experience in teaching younger kids and teens. I have previously worked as a youth leader for 3 years at my local community centre being with kids weekly from a wide variety of ages from 6 to 16 where our time spent together was used to educate about history and community traditions in a fun and engaging way. Outside of the educational circle, I have spent 2 years as a football coach working for my local football team as well as coaching private sessions for groups within the community. This experience has allowed me to excel in teaching kids of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. I also have experience teaching kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder, through my brother who is diagnosed with ASD. I have been privately tutoring him to get ready for high school in all subjects.
